Bass Star records presents another blasting drum and bass single from underground grime and dubstep master Dirty Beats. In 1996 Aaron/Dirty Beats Moved to Boulder Colorado and began Djing at the age of 15. Not only did he learn how to use the equipment, but he became more familiar with the music and its history and background too. With no alias, Aaron took on several gigs, spinning at small clubs and raves around Colorado. He eventually moved back to San Francisco where he won first place in a local DJ competition. Winning the competition opened more doors for Aaron. As he became more locally recognized, he was granted studio time where he started learning how to produce his own music. In 2002, at the age of 21, Aaron moved to New York City. There, he was given the opportunity to work on productions with celebrities such as Funk Master Flex. At this time, Aaron started steering more towards the east coast style of darker and harder DnB and Hip Hop. In 2003, Aaron moved to San Jose and after a little break from DJ and production work Signed to the label “DARKLAND Agency” out of the UK with other dj’s such as INK, CAPITAL-J, Grievous and Meany other’s from around the globe. After some time with dark land Aaron got a weekly spot on the cc-radio station, a off branch of the dark land agency. In 2004 Aaron started hear the sounds of DubStep, already a fan of Grime started dropping DUB STEP in his Set’s. In 2009 moving back to San Francisco for the last time, Aaron Hooked up with like-minded dj’s and producer’s to form “CDR” California Dub Step Republic CDR was the first group and DUBSTEP Float at loveolution aka love fest. Sharing the stage with great’s such as “ Dj QBert, KJ Sawka, iLL Gates, Reid Speed, MRK 1, Borgore, DownLink, Diesel boy, Must Die!, Nerd Rage, Antiserum, Helicopter Showdown, AK1200, Terravita, Hellfire Machina, Midnight Conspiracy. Urban Assault aka Faust & Shortee, Danny the Wild Child, DJ SWAMP, and other top acts from around the globe. DirtyBeats is now headlining and co-headlining events from the Bay to LA, Seattle to Miami FL, with multiple booking's on a given night, now one of the most, highly booked and sought after Dj's from the bay he is bound to blow up a crowd with his multi Genre production & Dj set's ranging from Hard Style, Trap, Dub Step and Drum n Bass.
